Our 90-day warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship related to your repair. If a part we installed fails or a repair-related issue arises within 90 days, we will fix it at no additional cost.
No. Damage caused by drops, impacts, bending, or intentional misuse is not covered under our warranty. These are considered new damage incidents and would require a separate paid repair.
No. Water and liquid damage is not covered under the 90-day warranty, as it is classified as accidental damage. However, we do offer professional water damage repair services at a separate cost.
No. If a third-party repair shop opens or modifies your device after our repair, the warranty is voided. Only repairs performed by iFix are covered.
We always do our best to preserve your data. However, we strongly recommend backing up your device before bringing it in, as data loss can occasionally occur during any repair process.
Simply bring your device to our store. Our technicians will inspect it to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If it qualifies, the repair will be completed free of charge.
Most warranty repairs are completed the same day, often within 30 minutes, just like our regular repairs.
